Treasures of the Turquoise Crab Store

Experience handicraft heaven!!! Treasures of the Turquoise Crab is a unique Gift, Gallery and Jewelry Store recently opened in Careening Cay Resort on Isla Carenero.

Ethnic masks, hand painted ceramics, wind chimes, metal art, wood crafts, dichroic glass, stained glass lamps sun catchers, amethyst and agate geodes and bookends, decorative wall hangings, traditional Panamanian Indigenous molas, art glass and enamel, and of course… and all manner of gorgeous handcrafted jewelry, can be found as you stroll through the beautiful displays.

Joan, a jewelry designer and sales rep, met Stephen, a fine jeweler manufacturer, in his

store in Naples, Florida, 10 years ago. 

Here in Bocas, they have successfully combined their creative talents and opened their exquisite and esthetically tantalizing store.

“We plan to travel throughout Panama and Central America, finding handcrafts and buying directly from artisans. We will always be bringing in new and exciting inventory, and unique, hard to find treasures”.
